The general equation of circle is x2 + y2 + 2gx + 2fy + c = 0. Here, the coefficients of x2 and y2 are equal and there is no xy term.
So all the three equations A, B and C represents a circle

(xh)2 + (yk)2 = r . The only difference is first one represents a circle with radius r and second one represents a circle with radius r.
