Solution

The correct option is C High pitch voice
On attaining puberty, a boy’s body starts exhibiting secondary sexual characters. It includes deepening of voice, facial and pubic hair growth, widening of chest, body becoming muscular etc. Higher levels of testosterone is associated with lower pitched voices in males. The penis also gets enlarged on the attainment of puberty.

Whereas in girls, along with the pubic hair growth, development of breasts and uterus enlargement, they develop an increased pitch in the voice.
