The correct option is B NH3>NF3>BF3
In NH3 all bond moments assists each other and so net moment adds up.
In NF3, moment of low pairs is opposite to that of NF. So, net dipole moment reduces.
In BF3, the molecule being planer, the moments cancel each other. Thus net moment is zero.
Hence, the order, NH3>NF3>BF3
