Solution
The correct option is C Geometrical There is no ambidentate ligand in [CoCl2(OH)2(NH3)2]Br so it does not show linkage isomerism.
In ionisation isomers there is a exchange of ligands between coordination sphere and ionisation sphere. These isomers give different ions when dissolved in water. [CoCl2(OH)2(NH3)2]Br&[CoClBr(OH)2(NH3)2]Cl
[CoCl2(OH)2(NH3)2]Br also shows geometrical isomers. OH at opposite position gives trans and the same at adjacent position gives cis form.
The above discussed cis isomer does not have any plane of symmetry so it show optical isomerism.
