Order of repulsions: l.p.l.p.>l.p.b.p.>b.pb.p

In BeF2, the steric number of Be is 2. So, it is sp hybridised and the bond angle is 180.

NH3,H2O,CH4 are sp3 hybridised. Therefore, their bond angles are less than that of BeF2.

Also among NH3,H2O and CH4, H2O has 2 lone pairs, NH3 has one and CH4 has none.

Therefore, the bond angle of H2O is the least because it has lone pair-lone pair replusion and two lone pair-bond pair repulsions.
