Ozonolysis of alkenes involves the addition of an ozone molecule to an alkene, to form an ozonide. Formed ozonide gets cleaved by Zn−H2O to smaller oxidised molecules.
To find the compound involved in ozonolysis just eliminate the oxidised part (i.e. oxygen) of products and combine them with a double bond.
