During the day time, land absorbs the heat radiated by the sun faster than the sea due to differential heating of land and water surface.

Due to this, the air above the land rises in temperature, expands and therefore rises up (being lighter).

Air above the sea being at lower temperature comes and fills up the low pressure, created above the land. Thereby, causing Sea Breeze.
