In reaction (a) Br+ is not a nucleophile, so it is not a nucleophilic reaction.
In reaction (c) , the reaction is nucleophilic, but the Br is not attached to aromatic ring so, it is not a SN2Ar reaction
Reaction (b) has OH as a nucleophile, and Br attached to aromatic ring i=with an EWG group NO2 present at para position. So it is an SN2Ar reaction
