NaCl when dissolved in water completely dissociates into the ions Na+ and Cl.
When KCl is dissolved in water it completely dissociates into the ions K+ and Cl.
And when MgCl2 is dissolved in water it undergoes complete dissociation into one dipositive ion Mg2+ and two uni-negative ions Cl.
