Which of the two does not have a true nucleus: prokaryotic cell or eukaryotic cell?

A prokaryotic cell doesn't have a nuclear membrane around the nucleus. The nucleus without a nuclear membrane is called the naked nucleus and it is not considered as a true nucleus. So prokaryotic cells don't have a true nucleus.
