Alkynes having sp - hybridised carbon has maximum s - character and hence maximum electronegativity so that it attracts the electron pair of the bond CH to a greater extent and makes the removal of proton easier than the alkenes having sp2 hybridised carbon.
sp3 hybridised carbon is less electronegative than sp2.

Hence, the correct order is
CHCH2- acidic hydrogen>CH3CCH1- acidic hydrogen>CH2=CH2>CH3CH3
