Permanent polarisation of bond due to shifting of shared pair of sigma electrons towards the more electronegative atom/substituent. so it is a Permanent electronic effect.

Resonance Effect :
Delocalisation of π electrons; it's also a permanent effect.

Hyperconjugation:
Hyperconjugation effect is a permanent effect in which delocalization of σ electrons of C-H bond of an alkyl group directly attached to an atom of the unsaturated system or to an atom with an empty or partially filled p-orbital takes place.

Electromeric Effect :
it is defined as complete transfer of electrons of a multiple bond toward one of the bonded atom and is a purely temporary effect. It takes place in presence of reactive species only.
