Solution

The correct option is D AlCl3
AlCl3 on hydrolysis gives weak base [Al(OH)3] and strong acid [HCl] among all.

All other compound also give strong acid HCl and their corresponding weak salt such as Ni(OH)2, Be(OH)2 and Fe(OH)3, but among them Al(OH)2 is weakest base thus the solution of AlCl3 is more acidic.

Hence option D is correct.
