Solution

The correct option is D HIV
Central dogma of molecular biology can be represented by:
DNAtranscription−−−−−−mRNAtranslation−−−−Protein

This one way flow of information from DNA to mRNA and then to protein is called the central dogma of molecular biology.

Two American scientists H. Temin and D. Baltimore reported that DNA is formed from RNA in retroviruses, e.g., HIV. Retroviruses are a group of viruses which have RNA as their genetic material. They possess a special enzyme called reverse transcriptase. When they enter a host, they take over the host’s cellular machinery and using this special enzyme, directs the host cell machinery to produce viral DNA from viral RNA. This unusual conversion of RNA to DNA is called reverse transcription or Teminism.

So, HIV viruses show deviation from the central dogma.
