Solution

The correct option is A Gametocytes
Malarial parasite completes its life cycle in two stages sexual in mosquito and asexual in humans. When mosquito bite they inject the parasite into the human tissues. In merozoite stage, they flooded into the bloodstream and lysed the RBCs and develops into the trophozoites. These trophozoites produce gametocytes in the bloodstream. When again mosquito bite they enter into the mosquito stomach through blood where they fertilize to form a zygote. Thus, the correct answer is option A.
