The organisation follows a divisional structure with decision making and control is delegated to the incharges of each division of three products-Ladies bags, washing machines, and footwear.

(ii) Through delegation a formal structure is developed which specifies and defines structured and shared roles and responsibilities between superiors and subordinates.
(iii) The divisional structure has reduced workload of the organisation through delegation.
(iv) The involvement of a lady incharge and a disabled person in the footwear division reflects motivation and equity where both feel motivated to work in a positive environment.
