When such question is asked talk about someone who has personally led you in your career. Again be specific about their words, deeds, achievements and teachings. Be clear on how these qualities have inspired your own achievements. Your answer should be as close as possible to the qualities that are important for the position at hand.

For example - There are various industrialists or leaders like Ratan Tata, Dhirubhai Ambani, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, etc., make a list of their qualities and try to compare it with you and the quality required by the job.
