Solution

The correct option is A Serfoji I
Venkoji was the founder of the Maratha dynasty in Thanjavur. During his reign, Shivaji invaded Thanjavur in 1677 and removed him and placed his half-brother Santaji on the Throne. Later Venkoji recaptured Thanjavur and after his death, his son Shahji II became the ruler of Thanjavur kingdom
Shahji has no heir so his brother Serfoji I became the next ruler and remained in power for sixteen years(1712-28).
