Absorption of light due to multiple reflections:
1-When a light ray is reflected repeatedly, the intensity of light rays decreases after some reflections.
2- This is because of the absorption of some amount of light by mirrors.
Hence, the intensity of images keeps on decreasing when multiple reflections take place
