Why are the Adrenal gland located only above the kidney and not any other part of the body?

As the Adrenal glands only have the function to help us in "emergency situations".

Like, how is - emergency situations related with kidney.

Adrenal glands are located above the kidney and not any other part of the body.
They secrete hormones which affect many parts of our body including kidney

There is no special reason behind why adrenal glands are located above our kidneys

Although, during emergency situations urine formation should be reduced, which is related to kidneys
So, Adrenal glands's function is somehow related to Kidneys
