Question

Why are the tyres with worn out surface replaced?

Open in App
Solution

  1. When tires become worn there is very little tread depth left for water to be pushed out and allow the rubber to contact, you lose friction which you depend on.
  2. The grip of the tyres will be lost, where there will be no proper friction between the tyres and the road.

Hence, we always replace the worn-out surface tyres with the new ones.
