Amoeba is an unicellular organism lives in fresh water. They usually reproduces asexually by a process called binary fisio (splitting into two) in which the cytoplasm simply pinches into half after multiplying the genetic material. That New cells are called daughter amoeba cells. Asexual reproduction means it doesn't involve the union of two individuals in the exchange of genetic material. Therefore it is unisexual.
