why BiF5 molecule exists despite of non existence of other bismuth pentahalides?

Bismuth due to inert pair effect exist with only +3 oxidation state. +5 oxidation state is uncommon for Bi. So bismuth does not form pentahalide. But due to the small size and high electronegativity of fluorine only BiFā€‹5 exist.
