Every individual is different from the other, the notion of development also varies. because life situations of persons are different. The development goals of a girl from all rich urban families will be surely different from a farmer in Rajasthan.

• It is according to the person, the goal changes.
• When time goes on, the goal of a person will automatically go on changing. It is not constant.
• The development or growth of a person totally depends on the situation around him.
• People with inequalities in their social and economic circumstances tend to have inequalities in their development aspirations.
• For some people, a development aim is a bigger income or better pay; for others, a development goal is a freedom, security, or equitable treatment.
• As a result, various people have different development goals, and what one person’s development goal is will not be the same as another’s development goal.
