Solution

Symptoms of malaria appear when hemozoin is released, which is formed in RBCs but, sporozoite initially enters into the hepatocytes which enter human RBCs when it is converted into trophozoite stage which then results in singlet ring stage and then rosette stage. After this stage toxins are released and symptom appears. So, symptoms of malaria do not appear immediately after the entry of sporozoites into the human body.
