Solution
Taste of blood:
Blood: It is a fluid connective tissue that helps in the transportation of energy to various parts of the body.
It has two components, that is, Plasma and blood cells such as RBC, WBC, and platelets.
RBCs carry oxygen, WBCs help in fighting against foreign material, and platelets help in clotting the blood.
Blood consists of around 85% of sodium present in the whole body.
The taste of the blood is salty due to the presence of the dissolved sodium chloride.
