Open in App
Solution

Dear student,

Hydrogen bond exist between the two different molecules and is responsible for the intermolecular force of attraction. Hydrogen bond can be broken down by the physical methods such as heating.

Covalent bond is responsible for the formation of the molecule and a chemical method is requried for breaking covalent bond.

Thus, covalent bond is stronger than the hydrogen bond.
