why is enzyme cellulaseneeded for isomlating genetic material from plant cell and not from the animal cell?

Plant cell is surrounded by cell wall which is made up of cellulose and enzyme cellulase digests the cell wall so for isolating genetic material from the plant cells cellulase is needed. But in case of animal cell, there is no cell wall so need of cellulase to digest the cell wall.
