Why is hearing affected while going up or coming down from the hills?

Since the pressure on hills is less, while going up a hill , aur from inside our body tries moving out to equalise pressure and hence applies force on eardrums from inside thus, affecting our hearing. And as we come down our eardrums become free and ensures normal hearing.
