Indian Parliament House is called as Bicameral Legislature because Indian Parliament has two houses: Upper House( Rajya Sabha ) and Lower House ( Lok Sabha).
It composed of the President of India and the two houses( 1. The Rajya Sabha and 2. The Lok Sabha) President is the head of the legislature and has powers to summon and prorogue either house of Parliament or to dissolve Lok Sabha.
