Importance of nutrition:

  1. Nutrition helps organisms to fulfil the nutrients needs.
  2. Nutrients help the organisms to derive energy, build muscles, cure deficiency diseases, fulfil mineral needs and provide fluid to various parts of the body.
  3. Nutrition is very important for the organ systems to coordinate well for the overall growth and development of the whole body of the organism.
