Open in App
Solution

Dear student,

Since the male reproductive organs, i.e, a pair of testicles and penis are located outside the body, therefore to protect them from any external injury they are placed at the pelvic region. Moreover, the testicles, where the maturation of sperms takes place, maintains a lower temperature for the core body.
