Dear Student, Recruitment is a positive process as it seeks to persuade more and more people to apply for the job. When we do recruitment then thousands of people apply for job (more and more people apply for job),that's why it is a positive process. It creates a link between job seekers and job givers. The process of selection aims at selecting the best candidate out of the recruited pool.
