The correct option is B 80 km/h
Given, at a speed of 60 km/h a car takes 4 hours to cover a certain distance.

Also, as the speed increases, the time taken to cover the same distance would reduce. Hence, they are inversely related.

$So, Speed(A) \times Time(B) = Constant$

$\Rightarrow A_{1} \times B_{1} = A_{2} \times B_{2}$

$\Rightarrow 60 \times 4 = A_{2} \times 3$

$\Rightarrow A_{2} = 80$

Hence, the required speed is 80 km/h.
