Original Dimensions $=2cm\times 4cm$

Percent increase in dimensions $=150$

Length $=2+\frac{150}{100}\times 2=2+3=5cm$

Breadth $=4+\frac{150}{100}\times 4=4+6=10cm$

$\therefore$ The new dimensions will be $5cm\times 10cm.$
