Two disadvantages to the worker:
(a) Monotony of work: Under division of labour, a worker has to do the same job again and again for the years together. Therefore, after some time, the worker feels bored or the work becomes dull for him.
(b) Lack of responsibility: Division of labour means division of responsibility. If the quality of the product is not upto the mark, none can be held responsible for it.
