$\frac{15}{100}\times 45=\frac{27}{4}=6.75$
2kg are bought with Rs 6.75
$\Rightarrow 1kg=\frac{6.75}{2}=Rs3.375\left(Newprice\right)$
Original price be x
$\therefore 85\%ofx=Rs3.375$
$x=\frac{3.375\times 100}{85}$
$x=3.97\simeq Rs.4$
