Prokaryotic cell:

1. The unicelluar organisms like Bacteria has Prokaryotic cells. It has No true nucleus.
2. This type of nucleus is called as nucleiod. No nuclear membrane is around this nucleiod.
3. These cells were the first form of life on earth. It is ranging from 0.003 to 2.0 micro meter in diameter.

Example: Eschericia coil bacteria.

Eukaryotic cell:

1. Cells which has true nucleus is called as eukaryotic cell. It is bigger than prokaryotic cells.
2. It’s organelles bounded by membrane.

Example: Plants,animals, most of the fungi and algae
