Write a short note about the adaptations found in animals belonging to the class Amphibia.

Amphibians are animals that live on land as well as water. They are cold-blooded and hence, they won't regulate their body temperature based on surroundings and have the same temperature as the air or water around them. They start their life cycle in water as larvae. In the larval stage, they develop gills for respiration. Their adult stage is on land and they respire through lungs. Example- Frog, salamander etc.
