Catal Huyuk is one of the most famous Neolithic sites found in Turkey.
This site had the strong relation with other sites of the sub-continent which is evident from the imports of materials such as flint from Syria, cowries from the Red Sea, shells from the Mediterranean sea. These things were used in the settlement.
Animals were the important means of transportation of goods and no other means were available at that time.
