So to find equation of line

Slope of line joining $x=5$ and the parallel to it will be same $m=\infty$

So the equation of line having $m=\frac{1}{0}=\infty$ and passing through $(3,-10)$ will be

$y=mx+C-10=\frac{1}{0}\times 3+CC=-3$

On substituting the value in C we get

$y=\frac{1}{0}x+(-3)x=3$

Hence this is the equation of required line.
