Write down steps involved in bar grapgh.

In order to make a bar chart, first you have to write data properly in tabular form. For example, let us say, yor are tabulating heights of 4 students. In one column, write the name of students and in second column write their heights (say in ft).
On x-axis, mark the names of students at equal intervals. On y axis, mark the equal intervals, denoting height in in ft. Then, at the tick mark indicating name of students draw a bar whose height is proportional to height of that student. Top of the bar will correspond to the height of the student, as read out from y axis. This is shown below:
