1 The sources of water are as under:
Oceans and Seas.
Rainwater

Surface water (like lakes, ponds, etc.)
Groundwater

Q no 2 a. Industrial unemployment: This occurs if the size of the organized industrial sector is not big enough to employ all potential urban workers. As a result, many of these workers need to find employment in the unorganized industrial sector. Industrial unemployment occurs primarily among workers who are not very educated. Such workers are called blue-collar workers and, hence, industrial unemployment is also called blue-collar unemployment.
