Changes in the fallopian tube during the menstrual cycle:

  1. The appearance of the cilia in the fallopian tube changes during the menstrual cycle.
  2. During the proliferative phase, the cilia are droopy in nature.
  3. Coming to the follicular phase the cilia become erect and vigorous.
  4. During the process of ovulation, the cilia synchronize in movement and face the uterus to receive the egg.
