NH3 is a base so, it can accept a proton(H+) and form conjugate acid.

NH3(base)+H+NH+4(conjugate acid)

HCOO is a base so, it can accept a proton(H+) and form conjugate acid.

HCOO(base)+H+HCOOH(conjugate acid)
