Given: $5 x^{2} - 4 - 3 x^{2} + 6 x + 8 + 5 x + 3$ , $x = - 2$

here we get,
$\Rightarrow 5 x^{2} - 4 - 3 x^{2} + 6 x + 8 + 5 x + 3$

$= 2 x^{2} + 11 x + 4 + 3$

$= 2 x^{2} + 11 x + 7$

we get simplified equation as,
$2 x^{2} 11 x + 7$

as we have $x = - 2$
let us substitute it in above eqn.
$\Rightarrow 2 [- 2]^{2} + 11 [- 2] + 7$

$\Rightarrow 2 \times 4 + 11 (- 2) + 7$

$\Rightarrow 8 - 22 + 7$

$\Rightarrow - 14 + 7$

$\Rightarrow - 7$

$∴ 2 x^{2} + 11 x + 7$ for $x = - 2$ is $- 7$
