Any equations of the form Ax+By+C=0, where A and B are not zero simultaneously is a general solution of a line .
Slope intercept form : General equation is
Ax+By+C=0 which can be written as ,
y=(AB)x+(cB), if B0
This is of the form y=mx+c
slope of the line =m=AB
=c=CB
