Solution

(i). CH3COOH + NaOH → CH3COONa + H2O

Reactants - CH3COOH and NaOH. Product - CH3COONa  + H2O

(ii). CH3COOH + NaHCO3 →CH3COONa + H2O + CO2

Reactant -CH3COOH and NaHCO3. Product - CH3COOHNa, H2O and CO2

(iii) 2 CH3COOH + Na2CO3 2 CH3COONa + CO2 + H2O

Reactant - CH3COOH and Na2CO3. product - CH3COONa, H2O and CO2

Yes sodium metal can also be reacted with acetic acid to form sodium ethanoate and hydrogen gas:
2 Na + 2 CH3COOH --> H2 + 2 CH3COONa
