Y's 6day's work = (118 × 6) = 13, Remaining work = (113) = 23

(X + Y)'s 1day's work = (112+118) = 536

Now, 536 work is done by X and Y in 1 day

23 work is done by X and Y in (365 × 23) = 245 days

Hence, total time taken = (6+245)days = 1045days.
