Solution

Mark Antony's objective in uttering this rousing speech was to incense the assembled gathering, make them turn against the conspirators and seek to avenge Caesar's death. He exhorts the mob to come alive, to be prepared to hear Caesar's will which will prove to them that killing Caesar was an unjust deed and worthy of strict punishment. It would inflame them and want to seek revenge against the conspirators who were justifying their act of killing by Caesar by saying that Caesar was too ambitious and deserved to be killed.
